Role:

To plan and orchestrate a specialized event or activity on a smaller scale that would attract men and young men with similar interests and help achieve the win.

Win Statement: We win when guys show up to hang out and get help (prayer/direction/wisdom) from each other.

Team Purpose: To Build environments where guys can gather to eat, compete and advance relationships with others and God. / To Encourage Men of Grace Point to feel free to express their faith in a relaxed environment.

Requirements: Must have a growing relationship with Christ. / Must have worshipped at GP for at least 6 months. / Must commit to the mission, vision and core values of GP. / Must demonstrate humility toward others and submission to spiritual authority. / Must have a burden to see men reach their fullest potential in Christ. / Must have a burden to see men grow relationally.

Things to do: Attend and support BiGG Macro events when in town (eg. Retreat, DadFest, Men's March and Madness, etc.). / Create, Plan and carry out a Micro event(s) with a small group of volunteers. / Secure times and dates on church calendar with Pastor of Connection. / Interface regularly with a BiGG Core leader about Micro event details. / Be willing to provide the equipment and essentials for the group to achieve the Win. / Be ready and willing to speak 1-1 about life and spiritual matters and even lead the group in prayer when appropriate.
