To provide the essential direction, cohesiveness, service, and support that allows BiGG to thrive in fulfilling its purpose and mission.

Win Statement: We win when guys show up to hang out and get help (prayer/direction/wisdom) from each other.

Team Purpose: To Build environments where guys can gather to eat, compete and advance relationships with others and God. / To Encourage Men of Grace Point to feel free to express their faith in a relaxed environment.

Requirements: Must have a growing relationship with Christ. / Must have worshipped at GP for at least 6 months. / Must commit to the mission, vision and core values of GP. / Must attend BiGG Macro events and Core Team meetings. / Must demonstrate humility toward others and submission to spiritual authority. / Must have a burden to see men reach their fullest potential in Christ.

Things to do: Attend BiGG Macro events when in town (eg. Retreat, DadFest, Men's March and Madness, etc.). / Help plan Macro events with the Core Team. / Recruit volunteers to work with you in carrying out responsibilities for Macro events.
