Things to do: Duplicates and prepares all handouts for encounter. / Purchases folders for handouts (if required). / Duplicates and prepares postcards for mailing. / Adheres stamps and address labels to marketing postcards. / Prints nametags. / Provides coordinator with all receipts for items purchased.
