Eileen Hemming

Care Coordinator

Though originally from New Hampshire, Eileen is right at home in Bucks County. Having been at Grace Point for more than 20 years, she brings her unique experience and gifts as our Care Coordinator. Prior to her work as a counselor, Eileen worked with young children with special needs. She has two grown sons, Anthony (married to Becca) and Nicholas (married to Emily). Eileen is delighted to have a grandson, Graham Stone Hemming, who was born in March 2022.

While her hobbies include walking, hiking, exploring quaint ocean towns, cooking and reading, her absolute favorite way to spend time is hanging out and spending with her sons and their families. Eileen’s favorite Bible passage is Isaiah 53.
