Ann Kovalik
Children's Ministry Assistant
A native of Marietta, Georgia, Ann grew up in a loving Christian family that was very involved in church ministry. She headed north after high school to attend Wheaton College in Illinois, where she majored in Elementary Education. It was there that she met her future husband (Ken) on her first day while paying her bill. They were married before their senior year and graduated in March. Ken’s job at time moved them from Illinois, to Minnesota, to Wisconsin, to Missouri and finally to Pennsylvania several years ago. Along the way, their family grew with the birth of three children (who are now married, and each have two children).
Ann has always had a passion for working with kids. She loves to organize, develop crafts and demonstrate the love of Jesus to children. So, she is thrilled to serve God in these areas in her ministry at Grace Point.
She loves the visual picture of her life verse: Jeremiah 17:7-8 “Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”
