Mental Health Resources

March 12, 2025

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Our goal at Grace Point is to be a community where no one struggles in silence. Whether you’re supporting a loved one experiencing a mental health crisis or if you yourself are struggling under the weight of any type of mental health issue, please know that you do not need to walk it alone.

Here are a few immediate actions you can take, and we encourage you to explore the many resources below.

I am struggling with an issue...

  • Contact any pastor on staff. He will pray with you and assist you in determining how best to help.
  • Ask to connect with one of our Care Responders who offer one-on-one support options.

As Grace Point's Mental Health Ministry, our missions is to provide a safe and caring environment where those impacted by mental health struggles can find biblical hope, support, and encouragement in their journey to becoming fully committed followers of Jesus Christ.
