  • good friday - Passport to the cross - 4/19/19

Passport to the Cross - Your Guide to Understanding Good Friday

Join us Friday, April 19th, at 6 pm for a fun, interactive event as we explore what Good Friday is and why it matters. Crucifixion was a terrible, horrendous punishment devised by the Romans, so why do we call it "Good Friday"? Through this evening event, we will take a journey from the triumphal entry to the cross with three stops along the way. Then everyone will gather together in the Commons to understand the full meaning of this mystery as to why we call the day "Good Friday".

Passport to the Cross is an event for everyone ages 4 and up. Childcare available for children ages 3 and under.

Note: You may remember Grace Point's "Journey to the Cross" which was an interactive tour through the building, and you could  arrive any time. This event is quite different and will be offered only once, beginning at 6 pm and ending at 8 pm. Because it has a definitive start and end time, you'll  want to be here starting at 6 pm!
