Leadership is shared amongst this  group. Comprised of 30-45 year old married men, gathering together for the purpose of studying God's Word. Participation is strongly encouraged, if not required. Several times a year a night is set aside for prayer, family/life updates, and communion. Twice a year goals are set by members. These goals are presented to the group and an accountability partner is assigned for that period. Socials with our wives several times a year, and a weekend getaway in the mountains are also part of the fellowship enjoyed by this group.
